Andon System

A modern Andon System turns simple floor-level alerts into detailed downtime reports, which helps management deal with bottlenecks that keep coming back. Manual help calls leave no history, so there’s no way to review response efficiency or spot equipment that fails again and again. Centralized andon software logs each help request, response time and resolution to support continuous lean improvement. Soft Designers provides intelligent andon software that streamlines shop floor communication and improves overall plant efficiency.
