In the Netherlands, general-purpose PLA export prices on an FOB Rotterdam basis rose by around 3% during Q2 2026. Germany also recorded an increase of approximately 3% on an FD Hamburg basis. Italy and Belgium followed a similar pattern, with prices rising by around 3% in both markets.
