Base Material: High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).

Grade: PE100.

Crystallinity: Highly crystalline structure.

Density: low density (0.941 – 0.960, melting point approx. 130°C).

Appearance: Milky white, translucent in flakes.

Temperature Resistance: Operating temperature range: -70°C to -100°C, suitable for environments up to -40°F (-40°C), cold outdoor or hot industrial environments.

Impact Resistance: Excellent even at low temperatures for parts subjected to pressure or shock.

Tensile strength: High, with good stiffness, toughness and elongation characteristics.

Moisture absorption: minimal, highly water resistant, low water vapor permeability, low water absorption.

Electrical insulation: electrical and dielectric insulation is good, suitable for the electrical insulation and waterproof requirements of the high environment.

Chemical stability: resistant to most acids and alkalis, not resistant to oxidizing acids, can resist general solvents at room temperature and a variety of chemical substances erosion.

Corrosion resistance: corrosion resistance, resistance to splitting, resistance to brittle cracks and expansion resistance performance.

UV resistance: UV-resistant, termite-resistant, suitable for outdoor facilities or building materials, effectively extend product life.

Anti-mold and anti-fungus: can inhibit the growth of mold and fungi, easy to clean and maintain, suitable for high hygiene requirements of the place.
