LFY-645 Vertical and horizontal combustion performance tester for aviation materials

The main purpose:
LFY-645 Aviation Material Vertical and Horizontal Combustion Performance Tester is suitable for testing the flame retardant performance of aircraft and other aircraft interior parts and interior materials. It can be used by printing and dyeing industry, aviation interior materials production department, textile inspection department and scientific research institutes.

Instrument Features:
1. Pulse ignition;
2. The ignition time can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 99.99 seconds, and the continuous burning time, smoldering time, and droplet burning time are all automatically recorded and digitally displayed;
3. The flame height can be adjusted;
4. The pressure of the air inlet of the igniter is adjustable;
5. Vertical and horizontal test integrated machine.

Specifications:
1. The inner diameter of the nozzle of the igniter is: (9.5±0.3)mm;
2. Flame temperature: 1550°F;
3. Fuel gas: 99% methane;
4. Continuous combustion and smoldering time timer: 0~9999.9 seconds, accuracy: ±0.1 seconds;
5. The distance from the lower end of the straight sample and the front end of the horizontal sample to the igniter port is 19mm;
