The ketogenic diet (or keto diet, for short) is a low carb, high fat diet that offers many health benefits. The ketogenic diet is a very low carb, high fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat.

    Breakfast: Pancakes made with almond flour, eggs, and coconut milk served with fresh berries. 
    Lunch: BLT salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and bacon over chopped romaine and blue cheese dressing. 
    Dinner: Cabbage soup with sausage, greens, and melted parmesan.

    Lunch: Tuna salad in an avocado boat. 
    Dinner: Chicken parmesan with tomato sauce and zucchini noodles.
