Are you logging in to the router.asus.com web GUI? Please make sure your Asus RT86U router is powered. The LED light is pulsing and stable. Also, connect your computer to the router, either wired or wirelessly. Enter the LAN IP address of your router in the web browser. Ex: http://192.168.1.1. Or http://192.168.0.1 if you don't know the IP address, try to input http://router.asus.com in your browser
