Headed by Minister KTR, it emerged as the centre for innovation and excellence.

UPPERCUT has provided Branding and Creative Support to the Department by designing the Annual Report 2019.

The theme of the report revolves around the progress towards a digital Telangana. Through our creative insight, we designed the report with a combination of science and art.
