1)First you need to see if you have entered the correct web address 2)Check your wired or wireless connections 3)Extender should be receiving the proper power supply 4)Check for high speed internet 5)Instead of using the URL you can use the IP 192.168.1.250 to login 6)See if the catch, cookies and history of the web browser is cleared 7)Now you need to reset the web browser
